Delivery Policy

 

Delivery Service to

  • Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Tung Chung

    • Free delivery on orders equal to or over HK$500. For orders less than HK$500, a delivery charge HK$50 shall apply. 
       

  • Discovery Bay

    • A delivery fee of $200 on all orders.
       

  • Outlying Islands

    • Delivery to ferry piers only.
       

  • Restricted Areas

    • Delivery service is not available. Please call us to arrange the delivery meet point.
       

  • Macau (most areas)

    • Free delivery on orders equal to or over HK$1000. For orders less than HK$1000, a delivery charge HK$100 shall apply. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange is applicable to the following conditions:

 

Product defect

  1. Delivered within 7 days;

  2. A certified product quality problem;

  3. The application must be a product of the same model and the same color as originally purchased;

  4. Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;

  5. Personal care products, cleaning products, filters, and face masks are not applicable;

  6. Application without accompanying required supporting documents or information as stated below (“Supporting Documents”) is not accepted.

Supporting documents for the application:

  1. Photo or video of the defective item;

  2. Product with complete original packaging;

  3. All product accessories and manual came with the original packaging in good condition;

  4. Product warranty card (a clean copy without filling in the information);

  5. Receipt of the purchase;

  6. Delivery note;

Remarks:

  • Describe the damage that has occurred by sending an email to info@cleairgroup.com

  • The cost of return shipping will be at your own expense (except for the reason of defects).

  • We do not accept returns for previously assembled items, gift vouchers, discounted goods or items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt. 

  • Shall you received a wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@cleairgroup.com or (852) 2668 4887 for the arrangement of return or exchange.

  • In case you ordered a wrong model by mistake, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase for the arrangement of return for exchange.  Please note that you shall pay for the additional shipping cost and the price difference between these two models (in case the price of the correct model is higher than the wrong one you ordered).

  • The policy is valid only if the returned products are unused and in the same condition that you have received them.
