Japan Engineered Hybrid Photocatalyst Treatment
Japanese technician supervision
Technicians measure the formaldehyde and bacteria content onsite, determine and evaluate the odor concentration. Then arrange the most appropriate amount of photocatalyst on the spot and decide the number of injections. All the tasks are supervised and verified by Japanese senior technicians compliance with Japanese industrial specifications, ensuring that formaldehyde and bacteria are eliminated at the origin and meet industry standards.
Japanese Industrial Standards are developed and reviewed by the Japan Industrial Standards Survey (JISC). JIS is the most important and authoritative standard in Japan's national standards.
Professional qualifications
The Japanese technicians have professional olfactory qualifications, can identify a variety of odors (including formaldehyde and more than 10 kinds of VOC), and are a few of whom obtain a variety of photocatalytic products and coating engineering certifications in Japan. The Chief Technician Takei Kenji has contributed a lot to the industry and was awarded the best photocatalyst technician by Professor Akira Fujishima at Tokyo University of Science.
Akira Fujishima is a Japanese chemist and president of Tokyo University of Science. He is known for significant contributions to the discovery and research of photocatalytic and superhydrophilic properties of titanium dioxide (TiO2).
Overwhelming power
5 nanometers hybrid photocatalyst is the highest level photocatalyst raw material in Japanese industrial standards. It consists of silver (Ag), non-photocatalyst, and photocatalyst. The particle size is as tiny as 5 nanometers breakthrough the limitations of traditional photocatalyst. It continues powerful effects even in a dark environment, and it decomposes various pollutants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Four steps procedure
The four steps procedure and multiple layers of coating, demonstrates the dedication of Japanese engineering process and maximizes the effectiveness of photocatalyst.
-
Adsorption: odor and harmful gases
-
Decomposition: Formaldehyde and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)
-
Sterilization: killing bacterial molds and long-lasting
-
Preservation: Make the coating strong and wear-resistant, long-lasting effect

On-site compounding of raw materials
Each space in your home (such as rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen), are exposed to different levels of formaldehyde and bacteria. Our technicians are professionally trained, they will identify and measure the level of formaldehyde and bacteria, then prepare the most suitable photocatalyst amount. Spray multiple layers of compounded materials by hand, to solve the problem for a long-lasting effect, so that you and your family can feel safe in your own home.
Approved testing equipment
The technician will sample the measurements before and after the treatment to ensure the treatment results. The testing equipments are approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan.
The results are accurate and reliable.

Formaldehyde detection instrument: The testing material will change its color according to the amount of formaldehyde detected and will not interference from other gases. The results are more accurate than the electronic formaldehyde detector device.

Microbiological testing equipment: ATP fluorescein is to measure the amount of microorganisms (bacteria, mold) and can immediately measure Micro-organic contaminants
Industry's highest standard criteria
Since we use Japanese high-grade photocatalyst, the process is strictly in accordance with Japanese standards. Therefore, we can ensure that the source (non-spatial) formaldehyde and bacteria are qualified, and the industry's highest acceptance criteria are established.
Guaranteed 5 years of formaldehyde in the nontoxic level
We use the formaldehyde detection equipment approved by the Japanese government and place it at the source (such as custom-made furniture, carpets, and cabinets) for 10-15 minutes to gather an accurate measurement, which is different from other companies to measure formaldehyde concentration in living space. We measure from the source to ensure that the formaldehyde content of the origin within 5 years is far lower than the recommended standards of the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department (HKEPD).
HKEPD IAQ Objectives (Formaldehyde)
-
Good Class: <0.081ppm

Excellent Class: <0.024ppm

Guaranteed 5 years of bacteria in the nontoxic level
We use the fluorescent detector approved by the National Food Safety Authority of Japan to collect samples of bacteria throughout the area. Newly renovated units and current existing homes, the bacterial content can exceed tens to hundreds of times and threatening individual's health. Japan-made Hybrid Photocatalyst has powerful sterilization and long-lasting antibacterial effect. The number of bacteria will be greatly reduced after the treatment, which can effectively prevent mold growth and greatly reduce indoor disease transmission and infection.
The Japanese level of cleanliness: <1500 RLU
